Expert Alarms
- Some Expert Alarms should be adjusted.
- To accommodate a 100Mbps environment, increase the Broadcast Frame/sec symptom from 40/s to to 400/s and the Broadcast Frames/sec diagnosis from 120/s to 1200/s.
- If routing loops are a problem, modify the severity of the Connection Alarm for UDP Bouncing Frames to Critical. Ensure the alarm is logged as well.
- Modify the Connection Alarm for Zero Window Too Long to accommodate every slow node with flow control issues except slow network printers.
